Our Programs

Our student success programming is more than preparation—it’s empowerment. From grades 9–12, and into life after high school, our students gain the confidence, skills, and guidance they need to navigate student life with purpose and graduate with a clear plan for their future. Through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on support, students learn how to set goals, build resilience, and discover their strengths—essential tools not only for college but for life.

The CCF program impact reaches far beyond academics. Students leave our program with a stronger sense of identity, equipped with communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills that open doors in every area of their lives. By the time they step onto a college campus, into a training program, or into their first job, they’re not just ready to succeed—they’re ready to thrive!

Steps 4 Success - The College Program

Steps 4 Success is a direct-to-student scholarship program that provides more than just scholarship dollars—it offers a network of encouragement and guidance every step of the way.

After graduating from the Passport Program, students receive scholarship support for up to 8 semesters of higher education while enrolled in their post-secondary program, helping ease the financial burden of college. Beyond funding, participants connect each semester with our staff through team calls that ensure they stay on track academically and personally.

This combination of financial resources, caring check-ins, and ongoing encouragement empowers students to persist through challenges, stay focused on their goals, and ultimately cross the finish line to graduation.
