Preparing for the Future: Senior Exit Interviews at CCF
At Chester County Futures, preparing students for life after high school goes beyond academics. We believe in equipping them with real-world skills that will help them thrive—no matter where their journey takes them. One of the ways we do that? Senior Exit Interviews.
Each spring, our graduating seniors sit down for mock interviews with CCF staff and community volunteers. These interviews are more than just a rite of passage—they’re a powerful learning experience. Students answer thoughtful questions about their post-graduation plans, college and career goals, and how their high school experience has shaped them.
It’s a chance for students to reflect, but also to grow. Senior Exit Interviews help build essential life skills like professionalism, clear communication, and confidence in unfamiliar settings. For many, it’s their first time practicing how to present themselves in a formal conversation—and it shows just how ready they are for what’s next.
What’s more, these interviews bring our community together. Volunteers get to meet our students face-to-face, hear their stories, and see the talent and drive that make them so special.
At CCF, we’re not just focused on graduation—we’re focused on the future. Senior Exit Interviews are one more way we help our students step into it with purpose and poise.
