Our Mission 

​Chester County Futures provides comprehensive academic support, mentoring and scholarships for motivated economically disadvantaged youth to succeed in school, higher education and life.

Our vision

Every child in Chester County will be prepared for and have access to the education and supports needed to become a self-reliant, productive member of society.

As a nonprofit that shows up every day to help underrepresented adolescents succeed in school and life, we serve students regardless of color or ethnicity.  CCF stands in solidarity with the fight against historical oppression of the Black, Brown and all oppressed and underserved communities.​

Racism and violence deeply impact the mental health of those we serve, their families and the community.  CCF has not and will not tolerate racism in any form within the organization, leadership, staff, students or volunteers. Here, we have always celebrated diversity and encouraged inclusion. We actively promote and nurture acceptance, equal opportunity and anti-biases no matter a person’s color, ethnicity, gender, religion or sexual orientation. These values are inherent in our mission and in who we are and how we operate. Any conduct that violates these values may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.​
